Zealous or Furious axe mod?
I'm currently using the following build for my Warrior with PVE:
Cleave
Penetrating Chop
Cyclone Axe
Watch Yourself!
For Great Justice!
Healing Signet
Dolyak Signet
Rebirth
At the moment, I'm using a Zealous Axe, but I'm wondering whether I might be better off using a Furious axe mod.
Additional critique about the build itself is also welcome

hmmm...well you don't have either high adreniline costing skills or many energy costing skills, so i would have to say neither. for this build, i would use vampiric or even sundering.

If you have "For Great Justice!", then furious is a waste of time imo. Use of a zealous depends on how much you want to spam cyclone axe... Either way I'd go vampiric.

Oh haha, I had Dismember before, then I read something about how Deep Wound isn't so good in PVE. No big deal to change it though

General rule of thumb - If you using lots of Axe mastery skills go Furious to spam them more - If you're going more strength skills (or tactics) then choose zealous.

Furious is ok but not spectacular. The one-handed weapon swaps I run are vampiric, elemental, and zealous. Two-handed are vamp, ele, and sundering. The fourth slot is for a bow for pulling (PvE) or a spear/wand for building adrenaline (PvP).

Furious is an absolutely terrible upgrade, unless you have it on a ranged weapon to build up adrenaline before you charge in.
Vampiric is probably your best option, as it works great in almost every situation. Zealous is great if you're in groups of enemies and spamming Cyclone Axe. To get the best benefit from Zealous, you need to bring either Frenzy or Flail to increase your attack speed (and the energy gain).

Any comments on the build itself?

Personally I'd stick an IAS (Increased attack speed) in your build. It ups dammage and rate of adrenaline gain so they're very useful.
For PvE I prefer Flurry, you loose a bit of damage but I feel that's a small pay off. However if you want to keep flurry up at all times you'll have to use a zealous weapon.
So I'd say go for a zealous weapon you'll net more adrenaline anyway due to hitting more.

Im not sure whether your build is made for damage dealing or for tanking, because it looks like a hybrid to me (can u post your attributes?).
Also I noticed you only got core/prophecies skills, which games do you own? It would help in giving build suggestions

Axe Mastery 16
Tactics 11
Strength 9
I have all of the expansions, but this is how it's somehow panned out so far.

I'd remove dolyak signet and FGJ for frenzy and pious haste/rush/dash
Damage dealing warriors just rock.
About weapon mods, if you can afford some cheap greens, use a zealous (wing's axe), a vampiric (end game factions for instance) and an elemental (chorr's axe). Use the vamp as main, the elem out of fights and agains warriors, and zealous when low on energy.
I only use furious mod on swords for Dragon slash and sun and moon slash.

Zealous all the way. You can IAS the whole day practically, Rob even frenzies.
I would consider using Furious if it was buffed to 20%.
